Royal Northern College of Music
As part of the RNCM’s large scale investment into sustainability across it’s estate, NRG UK Group were tasked with providing a 1 MW Battery Storage system.
Due to insurance requirements, a custom modular building was made off-site then craned into position. The individual battery modules were then installed in situ along with a Fire Suppression system that was purpose designed for this installation and then integrated into the buildings own Fire Systems.
